IT for your business, handled with care.

Starting a business, or already running one? We'll set up your domain, email and computers, fix what's not working, and explain it all in plain English. Not a business? We help at home too, with wifi, laptops and anything else that's acting up.

  • Visits across Dublin and surrounding counties
  • Remote help anywhere in Ireland
  • Price agreed before we start

Wherever you're starting from, that's fine.

Most of our work is with people starting a business or running a small one, and we help plenty of people at home too. Nobody needs to be techy. You just want it sorted by someone who won't talk over your head.

For your business

  • Starting a business, no clue where to begin

No domain, no email, no idea what computer to buy. We build the basics from scratch and explain each piece as we go. What's in the starter kit

  • Already running a business, and something's broken

A tool needs setting up, a laptop's acting up, an inbox has stopped syncing. Call us and we'll sort it as a one-off job.

  • Want an IT department without hiring one

Become a client on a month-to-month plan. You text or call whenever something comes up, and the same person who knows your setup sorts it. How it works for clients

At home

  • Wifi that never seems to work

Streaming buffers, calls freeze, and one room never gets a signal at all. We work out what's actually wrong and fix it properly.

  • A new laptop, phone or tablet

A laptop that'll last a kid through college, or a first tablet for video calls with the grandkids. We help you choose it, set it up, and walk you through it, as patiently as it takes.

  • Worried about scams and hacked accounts

A dodgy-looking email, the same password everywhere, no backup of your photos or files. We lock things down and set up backups so one bad click doesn't cost you everything.

The business starter kit.

Everything a new business needs to get up and running, set up in this order and in your name, with each piece explained as we go. Most of it we do remotely, or we come to you anywhere in Dublin and the surrounding counties.

  1. 01

    Your domain name

We help you pick it, then register it (.ie or .com) in your name, so it's always yours.

  2. 02

    Business email

A proper address like you@yourbusiness.ie with Microsoft 365, working on your laptop and your phone.

  3. 03

    Your laptop, ready to work

Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams installed and signed in, so you can get going straight away.

  4. 04

    Somewhere safe for your files

We talk through OneDrive for your own files and SharePoint for files your team shares, then set up what suits you.

  5. 05

    Passwords, locked down

A password manager so every account gets its own strong password, plus a code on your phone at sign-in, so a stolen password alone can't get anyone in.

  6. 06

    Everything written down

A plain-English note of every account and setting, so you're never locked out or left guessing.

Make us your it dept.

Most small businesses can't justify hiring someone just for IT. Become a client on a month-to-month plan and you get a real person who knows your setup and is there when something goes wrong.

Monthly IT support

  • One fee per user each month, agreed before we start
  • Call or text whenever something comes up
  • The same person, who already knows your setup
  • Everything we do is written down for you
  • Month to month, on a rolling 30-day contract

How it works

Three steps, start to finish. Some jobs we sort remotely, others need us there in person.

  1. 1

    Tell us what's wrong

Call or text in your own words. "My email has stopped working" is a complete sentence. We'll take it from there.

  2. 2

We sort it, remotely or in person

Email, accounts and software we can usually fix over a call and a remote session. Wifi, printers and new computers need us there, so we'll book a visit at a time that suits you, anywhere in Dublin and the surrounding counties.

  3. 3

    Fixed, and written down

We leave you a plain-English note of what we did, so you're not stuck the next time something changes.

Example note from a home visit
What we did today
  • Checked every room: the back bedroom had almost no signal
  • Added a mesh point on the landing to reach it
  • New wifi name: O'Connor Home
  • Password is on the card stuck to the fridge
  • Tested on your phone: full signal in the back bedroom now

Any questions, just call. — your it dept

Like having a tech-savvy friend on call.

Most IT companies are built for big offices. We're built for everyone else: the person setting up their first business, the family with patchy wifi, the parent with a brand-new tablet. You get a real person who takes the time to understand what you need, does the job properly, and makes sure you're comfortable with it before we finish.

  • Plain English, always. If we have to use a technical word, we'll explain it.
  • You'll know the price before we start.
  • Everything we set up is written down for you to keep.

No dumb questions. Promise.

Not sure if it’s worth a call?

It probably is. Send us a quick message about what’s going on, and we’ll tell you honestly whether it’s something we can help with.

Questions people usually ask.

Something else on your mind? Send us a message and ask. There are no dumb questions.

Do you come to me, or is it all over the phone?

Both. Email, accounts and software we can usually sort over a call and a remote session. For wifi, printers and new computers we come to you, anywhere in Dublin and the surrounding counties.

I'm outside Dublin. Can you still help?

Yes, anywhere in Ireland, for anything that can be done remotely: business email, domain names, accounts, software and most laptop problems.

How much does it cost?

Every job has a flat price that we agree with you before we start, and there's no callout fee. Monthly support is one fee per user each month. Tell us what's going on and we'll give you a price.

Do I have to sign a contract?

Not for one-off jobs. Monthly clients are on a rolling 30-day contract, so there's no long tie-in.

I'm not techy at all. Is that a problem?

Not in the slightest. Most of the people we help aren't. We'll explain everything in plain English, and if we have to use a technical word, we'll tell you what it means.

What happens after the job's done?

You get a plain-English note of everything we did, so you're not stuck the next time something changes. If anything comes up afterwards, just call.

Let's get it sorted.

Tell us what's going on and we'll call you back to find a time, usually within a day. Not sure if it's worth a call? It probably is.
